Abstract:

The rapidly social revolution has increased the social risk in the family that may lead the individuals to experience economic crisis, suffer from mental illness, generate suicidal attempts, involve in drug use or commit a crime etc. In particular, those who are exposed to these risky events are breadwinning parents and need take responsibility for their children. They may endanger their children’s physical and mental development and/or become the welfare recipients for the neglect or abuse. To prevent the children’ develop in a risky family has become a public health and social work concern. Therefore, constructing a safety care system and strengthen professionals’ capacities are critical.
